Yes, deposit depends on the categorie of the vehicle. Minimum deposit amount is 500 Euro and maximum is 1500 Euro. The deposit is blocked on the credit card. It is not possible to leave cash deposits. After the rental ends the deposit is released and returns to customer's credit card within 3 - 30 days (depending on customer's bank).

If you have a prepaid reservation you can update or cancel it 48 hours in advance without an additional fee on our website. Pay on arrival reservation can be updatedor cancelled free until the time of pick up. If the reservation is not cancelled until pick up time a non show fee will be applied.
Please inform our office that your flight is cancelled or delayed, also it is recommended to mention your flight number in the reservation, so that our employees can keep the reserved vehicle for you in case of delay/cancellation.
